Southern Eye Center offers a line of cosmetic and corrective procedures and products performed by the Pine Belt’s only fellowship-trained Oculoplastic surgeon.

Botox ® is a naturally derived protein that relaxes the  muscles that wrinkle the skin. It is used to  reduce or eliminate fine lines and wrinkles located around the eyes and forehead giving you a more youthful appearance. It is also used for treating blepharospasms, a medical condition where muscles surrounding the eye involuntarily contract. Botox treatments are performed in the office and take only a few minutes with results lasting up to 4 months.

For the deep crevices of the face, Juvéderm™ Ultra Plus is the treatment of choice. Juvéderm™ is an injectable gel made of hyarluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in your skin that helps add volume and hydration and Lidocaine, a numbing agent. Juvederm™ is used to treat deep wrinkles that run alongside the nose and mouth. It may also be used to enhance the lips and reduce fine lines around the mouth.  Results are immediate, and typically last about 9 months.

Latisse is the only FDA approved product to grow your natural eyelashes longer, thicker and darker. Latisse is self-administered in the comfort of your own home and is available at Southern Eye Center.
